At Idukki Gold Spices, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality spices sourced from Idukki, Kerala. Every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

1. RETURNS

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This ensures hygiene and product safety.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We provide refunds only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during delivery
  • Product spoiled or unusable
  • Package tampered or seal broken

Refunds are NOT applicable for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Delivery delays beyond our control
  • Opened or used products

3. REFUND REQUEST

Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

4. REFUND PROCESS

  • Review within 24 hours
  • Approval notification
  • Refund initiated within 5–7 business days

5. REFUND METHOD

  • Online payments → refunded to same method
  • UPI/Bank → refunded via bank transfer
  • COD → refunded via UPI/bank transfer

6. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Cancellation before dispatch may be allowed at our discretion.

8. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  • Accept delivery
  • Take photos immediately
  • Report within 24 hours
